Minimum Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Essential: Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent National Certificate.
• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant warehouse experience is advantageous. Specific role placement will be determined based on your individual experience and skill set. Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Licenses (Specific Roles): For candidates applying for Forklift Operator or Reach Truck Driver roles, a valid and recognized Forklift or Reach Truck license is mandatory. Proof of certification will be required.
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred. Familiarity with data entry and spreadsheet navigation will be beneficial.

• General Workers x20: Responsible for various tasks within the DC, including maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with the movement of stock, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. A key responsibility includes ensuring that all overstocked, damaged, and short-dated stock is promptly returned to the DC according to established procedures.
• Picker: Accurately and efficiently pick stock for stores according to the information provided on picking slips. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to locate and retrieve specific items from various locations within the warehouse. Ensuring the correct quantities are picked and verified is crucial.
• Cycle Counter: general workers x20 Responsible for accurately tracking stock quantities in the warehouse by conducting regular cycle counts. This involves physically verifying the quantity of stock on hand and comparing it to the inventory records.
