About the Role: Full-Time Retail Sales Associate
As a Retail Sales Associate with Onfon Mobile, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the perfect mobile device solution. You will be working directly with potential customers in a high-traffic retail environment, showcasing the features and benefits of our product line, and ultimately driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and informative shopping experience.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their individual needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of Onfon Mobile’s product offerings.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall team goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Onfon Mobile’s products, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate effectively with store personnel and sales partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
- Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus.
Compensation:
This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package with the potential to earn up to R5 000,00 per month, based on performance and sales achievements.
