Job Goal:
Supervise Pep store team to reach business targets like increasing sales, managing costs, reducing risks and inventory shrinkage, handling paperwork, and guaranteeing excellent pep store quality.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Boost sales by giving great customer service and keeping the store in top condition. Also, keep the pep store looking good, manage stock well, and set up promotions.
Keep stock losses down by creating a positive store environment and following rules for security, stock, and cash handling.
Keep costs low by making the store run efficiently, following the company’s low-cost way of doing things.
Make sure all store paperwork is done correctly, following the company’s rules.
Lead a team of workers, training them, giving them advice, and checking how well they are doing.
Keep the store safe, clean, and tidy.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A Grade 12 certificate.
Good English skills.
A degree or diploma in business or retail is helpful.
Ideally, 1-2 years of experience leading a team in a retail store.
Good computer skills (Microsoft or Google GSuite skills are a plus).
