Job Description
Clicks Madombidzha is currently seeking to hire ten (10) Shop Assistants/Cashiers to join their team at the Madombidzha branch. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for retail, strong customer service skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will possess a friendly and outgoing personality, the ability to handle cash transactions accurately, and a willingness to assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
The position involves various tasks, including operating cash registers, scanning items, processing payments, assisting customers with finding products, stocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required. Clicks Madombidzha offers comprehensive training to all new employees to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles. What You Will Do:
Do all cash register tasks quickly and correctly.
Be very careful when scanning items and taking money, including using clubcard points.
Always handle money safely.
Actively try to get people to sign up for the Clicks clubcard to meet membership goals.
Tell customers about sales to increase them and make sure customers are happy with the price.
Give excellent customer service by being a good representative of the brand, being easy to find, and giving friendly, professional help.
Do all tasks to keep the store looking good, following store rules and visual standards.
