• Efficient Transaction Processing: You will be responsible for swiftly and accurately handling all sales transactions at the till point. This store workers includes proficiently scanning merchandise, applying relevant discounts and promotions, and accurately processing various payment methods, including cash, card, and mobile payments.
• ClubCard Expertise: A store workers crucial aspect of this role involves skillfully applying Clicks ClubCard rewards and enthusiastically encouraging customers to join our popular loyalty program. You will be instrumental in meeting our ClubCard sign-up targets, explaining the benefits of membership, and ensuring customers maximize their savings and rewards.
• Secure Cash Handling: Maintaining the highest standards of security for all cash transactions is paramount. This store workers includes accurate counting, balancing the till at the beginning and end of your shift, and adhering strictly to all cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.
• Promotional Communication: You will be a key communicator of our special offers and promotions. This store workers involves actively informing customers about current deals, highlighting savings opportunities, and answering any questions they may have, ultimately contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Education Requirements:

• Required: A completed high school education (Grade 12 certificate) is a mandatory requirement for this position.
