Job Overview
Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a Salesperson to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products to customers and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and recommending products to suit those needs. The salesperson will work towards achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Activities: Actively engage in sales activities to generate sales and meet targets.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales budgets and income goals.
- Customer Attraction & Retention: Attract and retain customers by utilizing effective merchandising techniques.
- Cash and Credit Administration: Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- 7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail.
