The Fidelity Group needs Firefighters to handle all types of fire emergencies.

Key duties involve going to fire scenes and fighting fires, rescuing people, giving first aid, teaching fire safety, taking care of firefighting tools and vehicles, and doing any other related tasks needed to keep Fidelity Group Firefighter clients safe.

Teach workers the knowledge and skills needed for firefighting through practice, drills, and exercise.

Give advice on how to stop problems and fix them.

Use plans, methods, and tools to help keep data, people, places, and things safe for the community or country.

Do simple repairs on tools to keep them ready for use.

Look at, wash, test, and care for vehicles and tools.

Keep a digital log of daily happenings to have good records.

Check for safety problems to keep the workplace safe.

Fill out standard forms.

Go to meetings about health and safety at work.

Drive big trucks and special vehicles to emergencies when told to.

Use machines to lift, lower, reach buildings, and rescue people or things during emergencies.

Make sure the fire trucks and tools work well to save people and property.

Help with fire safety classes, checks, education, and practice.

Make sure everyone follows the rules for health and safety at work by doing safety checks.

Qualifications:

Making sure those working under you have, use, and take care of the safety gear they’re supposed to, and that they follow all rules and instructions meant to keep them safe and avoid harm or loss.

Needed skills, background, and abilities:
Must have at least a high school diploma (Grade 12)
IFSAC approval.
NFPA 1001 Firefighter 2 certificate.
Firefighter II Certificate.
Firefighting training and a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the field are a must.


A current C1 driver’s license with PrDP is necessary.
Experience driving in challenging situations is helpful.
Must be in good health and physical condition.
A solid grasp and use of fire safety steps is needed.
Must know about fire suppression tools, fire types, and fire science.
Must have a clean criminal history.
Able to respond quickly to emergencies.
Skills in paperwork, dealing with people, and talking to customers are needed.
Experience and knowledge of hazardous materials is very important.
EMT certificate.
First Aid levels 1 to 3.
