Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Betting Clerk, you will be a vital part of our branch operations, playing a key role in delivering a positive and engaging experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service to all customers. Answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive betting experience.
- Bet Processing: Accurately and efficiently taking customer bets across a variety of sports and events. Increasing stakes as requested by customers, while adhering to company policies and regulations.
- Cash Management: Handling cash transactions with precision and accountability, including processing payments, verifying funds, and maintaining accurate records.
- Payouts: Processing winning payouts quickly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of the betting process.
- Branch Operations: Contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the branch, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and upholding security protocols.
- Compliance: Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to betting, cash handling, and responsible gaming. Understanding and implementing FICA regulations.
- Promotional Activities: Actively promoting Hollywoodbets products, services, and special offers to customers. Informing customers about upcoming events and promotions to enhance their betting experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the gaming or betting industry, demonstrating a solid understanding of betting operations and customer service principles.
