Standard bank Coverage SA Graduate Programme aims to develop young South Africans, helping them grow our business and positively impact the country’s economy. Standard bank program will introduce you to different business sectors, client relationship skills, and how to use data to improve our partnerships with clients and help them succeed.
Main duties:
Standard bank expand and keep a group of important Premium & Growth Segment clients by working together to help them grow. Use a broad approach to find ways to give excellent, unique service and valuable solutions.
Help the Relationship Manager with daily tasks like managing clients, keeping them happy, and handling operations for a specific group of clients. Make sure all rules are followed for these clients and be their main contact for sales and service, meeting segment goals.
Responsible for helping the Relationship Manager handle their loan portfolio each day.

Requirements:
A FAIS approved Bachelor’s or Honours degree in:
BCom Accounting
BCom Finance
BCom Economics
BCom Agricultural Economics
BCom Economic Sciences with Agricultural Economics and Risk Management
BSc Agriculture: Agricultural Economic Analysis
Bachelor’s or Honours degree must be finished by December 31, 2025.
