Job Responsibilities: A Comprehensive Overview

This multifaceted role encompasses two primary pillars: aggressive the anza sales generation and innovative marketing & advertising.

I. Sales & Cultivating New Customer Relationships

  • Proactive Business Development & Outreach:
    • Initiate and conduct regular, impactful visits to a diverse range of potential clients, including corporate businesses, governmental offices, and established travel agencies. The anza objective is to present compelling proposals for our lodge accommodations, bespoke conference packages, and exclusive event spaces, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
    • Actively seek out and engage with new customer segments through direct networking, participation in industry-specific events, trade shows, and community gatherings, always with an eye toward expanding our client base.
    • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to identify and target key decision-makers within organizations who require lodging, meeting facilities, or event services.
  • Targeted Sales Performance & Goal Achievement:
    • Consistently meet and exceed ambitious weekly and monthly sales targets for room night bookings, conference facility reservations, and restaurant table allocations. The anza requires a tenacious approach to sales, strong negotiation skills, and a commitment to measurable outcomes.
    • Generate and promptly deliver professional, detailed price quotations to prospective clients. Follow up diligently on all outstanding offers, addressing any queries or concerns, and expertly negotiating terms to successfully finalize sales agreements.
    • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline progress, and conversion rates to inform future strategy and provide accurate performance reporting.
  • Client Relationship Management & Retention:
