About the Role

iStore is the home of everything Apple and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, with a retail footprint across more than 30 physical and online stores. We provide expert advice, Apple Authorized Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for all things Apple.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support to iStore customers, troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering software support. You’ll also offer training and assistance as needed, delivering exceptional customer service in a professional manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers, assisting with troubleshooting, technical issues, and software support.
  • Offer training and assistance to customers on Apple products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and quality support services.
  • Manage complex issues effectively, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Matric and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+).
  • Experience in Helpdesk/1st Line Support is essential.
  • Tenacity and enthusiasm to tackle challenges and achieve results.
  • Strong conflict management and the ability to handle complex situations smoothly.
  • Situational awareness to understand the situation and take timely, appropriate actions.
  • A passion for learning and development, proactively seeking opportunities for growth.
