Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Accurately input data into spreadsheets while maintaining consistency and precision.
• Time Sheet Management: Calculate and verify employee time sheets to ensure accurate work hour records.
• Document Management: Organize, file, and scan physical and digital documents following company policies.
• Data Verification: Identify and correct discrepancies in captured data to maintain data accuracy.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing and creating reports based on data captured.
• Communication: Collaborate with team members and departments to gather and clarify data-related information.

Minimum Requirements

• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, and spreadsheet management).
• Strong numerical skills and the ability to handle data with accuracy.
• High level of focus and attention to detail in data entry and processing.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills for managing both physical and digital documents.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position.
