Job Description
As Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, iStore is the home of everything Apple. We are looking for tech-savvy, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Casual Sales Consultants. You will play a key role in maximising sales opportunities, providing customers with hands-on experiences with the latest Apple products and services. Your main responsibility will be engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions while creating memorable experiences.
This is a flexible, part-time role requiring 108 hours per month. Ideal for those seeking flexibility while still being part of a vibrant team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Maximisation: Drive sales by proactively engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
- Customer Engagement: Provide hands-on experience with Apple products, demonstrating their features and benefits.
- Solutions Presentation: Present complete solutions to meet customer requirements and create memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Education: Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Some sales experience, preferably in retail or product knowledge (advantageous).
- Skills:
- Passion for Apple products.
- Strong communication skills.
