Position: General Sales Manager (Algemene Verkoopsbestuurder)

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Forecast sales revenue and profits on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Plan and manage sales budgets.
- Develop and maintain pricing structures.
- Create and review sales policies, procedures, and processes.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports.
- Research market trends and opportunities to remain competitive.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Set and communicate sales targets to the team.
- Monitor sales performance and conduct KPI evaluations.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to the sales team.
- Manage client accounts and oversee daily sales activities.
- Ensure the team has the resources needed to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
- Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Monitor sales goal achievement and provide strategic support.
- Develop sales presentations and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct analysis of lost deals and client accounts.

- Operational Control:

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education:
- Matric (Essential).
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing (Preferred).
- Sales management certification or equivalent (Preferred).
- MPS accreditation (Advantageous).
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Experience:
- 15+ years in office automation, IT, or telecommunications sales.
- 3-5 years in a similar executive or leadership role.
- 2-3 years in budget forecasting and control.
- Experience in sales platforms and business processes.
- Strong knowledge of the industry, products, and market trends.
- Experience in client relationship management.
- Skills:
