Role Overview
Hollywoodbets is seeking two Sales Agents (Field) to be based in Phuthaditjhaba, Free State. The primary responsibility of this position is to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while driving the growth of the mobile customer base. You will be expected to represent the brand professionally and engage with customers in various ways to promote mobile products and services.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers with opening accounts and addressing betting-related queries.
- Drive daily sales and activations by explaining and demonstrating mobile products and services.
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to attract new customers and sign-up accounts.
- Keep records of daily sales activities and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus and show them how to bet using the mobile application.
- Promote mobile services and ensure positive brand representation.
- Assist customers with FICA document submissions when opening new accounts.
- Promotions & Displays:
- Set up and manage displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract customers.
- Ensure the work environment remains neat and professional.
- May be required to travel between branches and stores based on operational needs.
- Training & Development:
- Complete weekly Moodle, Bet Strike, and Voice Note Training to stay current with system updates and promotional strategies.
- Miscellaneous:
- Carry out any other duties related to the business as required.
Requirements
- Education:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Experience:
- Previous experience as a promoter or in a similar field is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to engage with various personalities.
- Result-driven and motivated to meet sales targets.
- Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.
- Strong system knowledge and sales experience.
