The fnb program jobs offered in the graduate fnb program are all full-time. Graduates become part of different business areas in our retail and business banking sections. They work in groups focusing on things like credit studies, creating products, improving processes and technology, finance, spotting fraud and risks, customer happiness, user-friendliness, marketing, and managing money, among other things.
Graduates have regular, full-time jobs and also go to training each month and work on a real-world project as part of the fnb program to help them grow.
You will be expected to:
Provide excellent customer service by truly understanding what customers want and coming up with original answers that fit their specific needs.
Help your team do well by finishing your work on time, carefully planning ahead, keeping good records, and making sure information is current.
Take part in company innovation by sharing ideas, going to brainstorming meetings, and working with others to find imaginative answers that help the company reach its goals.
Improve your career by sharing what you know, working on projects, and using training to learn more and stay up-to-date on industry changes.
Be responsible for your own learning and career path by finishing training, going to workshops, and always seeking chances to grow your skills in ways that match the company’s values and help you reach your highest potential.
What we need:
Good grades in school (you must provide your school record when you apply)
Must be in your last year of college for certain degrees, especially in Science or Business. We are looking for people studying: Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (how easy and enjoyable something is to use), or similar subjects.
You must be good at analyzing things, working with numbers, and solving problems.
