Job Description: AVBOB Office Cleaner
Objective: To maintain a clean, sanitary, and presentable office environment, ensuring a positive and healthy workspace for all employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Floor Maintenance: Regularly vacuum, sweep, and mop all office flooring surfaces (including carpet, tile, and hardwood) to remove dirt, dust, debris, and spills. Pay particular attention to high-traffic areas such as entrances, hallways, and reception.
- Furniture and Surface Dusting: Thoroughly dust all office furniture, including desks, chairs, shelves, cabinets, and decorative items. Special care should be taken when handling delicate items such as office plants and floral arrangements.
- Waste Management: Empty and clean all waste bins throughout the office, replacing liners as needed. Dispose of waste in accordance with established office recycling and waste disposal policies. Ensure no overflowing bins are present at any time.
- Restroom Sanitation: Meticulously clean and sanitize all restroom facilities, including hand basins, toilets, sinks, and surrounding surfaces. Pay close attention to removing stains, watermarks, and ensuring a hygienic environment.
- Restroom Supplies Maintenance: Regularly check and replenish essential restroom supplies, including toilet paper, hand soap, and hand towels. Inform the appropriate personnel when supplies are running low and require reordering.
- Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea and coffee for employees and guests as required. Ensure timely preparation and offer courteous service.
- Dishwashing and Kitchen Maintenance: Wash dishes, cutlery, and glassware used in the office kitchen or break room. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, ensuring dish cloths and sponges are regularly cleaned or replaced at avbob.
- Beverage Dispenser Maintenance: Regularly refill tea and coffee dispensers, ensuring they are properly cleaned and maintained. Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages to the appropriate personnel.
- Water Cooler Maintenance: Refill the water cooler with fresh, filtered water as needed. Ensure the water cooler is clean and free from spills or leaks.
- Window Cleaning: Wash interior office windows and glass surfaces to remove smudges, fingerprints, and dirt, ensuring a clear and bright environment. Ensure this is completed safely, using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
- Other Duties: Avbob assist with other cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned by the office manager or supervisor.
