We are currently seeking motivated and resourceful individuals to join us as independent Debt Collection Field worker Agents. In this role, you’ll have the flexibility to work independently, managing your own schedule and building your own success. Your primary responsibility will be to visit clients in person, engaging in constructive conversations to understand their financial circumstances and collaboratively develop realistic payment plans for their past-due accounts. This is more than just collecting debt; it’s about helping people find solutions and get back on their feet.
To ensure your success, DMC provides comprehensive and ongoing training. You’ll receive in-depth instruction on debt collection best practices, effective communication techniques, negotiation skills, and our company’s ethical standards. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to excel in this rewarding and challenging role.
Needed skills and experience:
Must have finished at least grade 10.
Prior job experience is a must.
Should be motivated and focused.
Must be good at talking and bargaining.
Able to work alone.
Must be dedicated, diligent and focused on goals.
Should be confident but polite.
Must know how to use a computer.
Able to handle stress and meet tight schedules.
Must be able to explain money topics in a strong and understandable way.
Having your own car is a plus.
