• A Structured and Immersive One-Year Training Program: This meticulously designed program spans a full year, providing ample time for you to absorb knowledge, develop skills, and gain confidence. Your training will be conducted directly at a designated Senwes Grainlink storage site, ensuring a real-world learning experience.
• Comprehensive Practical Experience in Facility Operations: You will gain firsthand experience in the day-to-day operations of a modern grain storage facility. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding logistics, participating in the receiving and dispatch of grain, contributing to inventory management, and assisting with various administrative and office tasks crucial for efficient facility management.
• Exposure to a Diverse Range of Grain Types: Agriculture is diverse, and so too are the grains we handle. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn about various types of grain, understanding their unique characteristics, quality parameters, and handling requirements.
