Key Responsibilities

Showcase Apple Products & Services:

  • Demonstrate the latest Apple devices, accessories, and services.
  • Educate customers on Apple’s ecosystem and unique features.

Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • Provide tailored solutions that match customer preferences.

Retail Operations & Store Management:

  • Assist with stock management and inventory control.

Minimum Requirements

📌 Education:
✔ High school diploma (Matric required)

📌 Experience:
3+ years of retail experience in a customer-facing role (electronics industry preferred)
✔ Managerial experience is an advantage

📌 Technical & Retail Knowledge:
✔ Familiarity with POS systems, Syspro, and iOS (preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of retail operations and stock management
✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving skills to address customer needs
