About the Role:
As a lewis Trainee Branch Manager, you will embark on a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively oversee all aspects of branch operations. Key Responsibilities (During Training):
- Actively participate in a structured training program covering all facets of lewis branch management, including sales, customer service, inventory management, staff supervision, and financial reporting.
- Learn to effectively manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lewis assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
- Gain proficiency in managing inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial reporting and performance metrics to track lewis branch performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
