About the Role: Assistant Branch Manager – Driving Growth at NTK Retail

As the Assistant Branch Manager at our NTK Retail branch in Louis Trichardt, you will play a vital role in driving the expansion and growth of the business unit, directly contributing to the achievement of the VKB Group’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Branch Operations: Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Sales and Business Development: Actively participating in sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to expand market share within the Louis Trichardt region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Assisting in the management and development of the branch team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and a positive working environment.
