Job Description:
As an Admin Assistant within NTK Retail in Louis Trichardt, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the branch’s administrative functions. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage a variety of tasks, contributing to the overall success of the NTK Retail team. You will be responsible for handling internal administrative duties, supporting colleagues, and maintaining accurate records. Specific responsibilities may include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.

Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent is essential.
- Previous experience in the agriculture industry would be a significant advantage and will be considered a strong recommendation. Understanding the nuances of the agricultural sector will enable you to better support the team and contribute effectively to the role.
- Strong numeracy skills are crucial for tasks such as processing invoices, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports.
- Excellent computer literacy, with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, is a must. You will be expected to use these programs extensively for creating documents, managing spreadsheets, and preparing presentations. Knowledge of other relevant software packages will be advantageous.
