You will be placed within our extensive network of over 90 dealerships strategically located throughout the country, offering diverse exposure to various aspects of the business.

Option 1 (Focus on Work Experience):
Specific Role Responsibilities: As participants in this program, unemployed youth will gain essential work experience through hands-on opportunities in a variety of roles. This practical experience will provide them with a tangible understanding of workplace dynamics, allowing them to develop valuable skills in areas such as teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management. Furthermore, they will learn how to navigate the expectations of employers and adapt to different work environments, ultimately increasing their confidence and preparedness for future employment.
Option 2 (Focus on Employability Skills):
Specific Role Responsibilities: This initiative aims to equip unemployed youth with essential employability skills crucial for success in today’s competitive job market. Through targeted training and practical application, participants will develop and refine skills such as effective communication (both written and verbal), professional etiquette, conflict resolution, and computer literacy. They will also learn how to create compelling resumes and cover letters, master interview techniques, and understand the importance of networking, ultimately increasing their chances of securing and maintaining meaningful employment.
Option 3 (Combines Work Experience and Employability Skills):
Specific Role Responsibilities: Unemployed youth participating in this program will undertake a multifaceted development journey designed to cultivate both essential work experience and core employability skills. Through practical placements and structured training modules, participants will gain hands-on experience in diverse work settings, allowing them to learn by doing. This experience will be complemented by focused workshops and mentorship, aimed at developing crucial employability skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and digital literacy. By integrating practical experience with targeted skill development, this program will provide participants with a competitive edge in the job market and significantly enhance their prospects for long-term career success.

Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen.
Applicants should be 18 to 34 years old.
Must currently be without a job.
No prior job history is needed.
Must have a Matric certificate or a similar qualification.
