Compensation: The successful candidates will receive a competitive monthly salary of R13 640.

- Educational Qualification: A Grade 9 education (National Qualifications Framework – NQF level 1) or an equivalent qualification, such as an Adult Basic Education and Training (ABET) level 4 certificate. This requirement demonstrates a basic level of literacy and numeracy, which are essential for understanding instructions and performing tasks effectively.
- Experience: No prior work experience is required! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enter the workforce or change careers. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with the skills you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
As a Road Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our road network. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with road construction and repair projects.
- Performing manual labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and moving materials.
- Operating hand tools and small machinery under supervision.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Following safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Assisting with traffic control and flagging operations.
