Why Choose us:
Upon commencing work, a series of rosebank critical tasks and responsibilities await. The first and foremost involves the diligent and comprehensive updating of the central database. This is not a mere data entry exercise but a crucial step in maintaining accurate and actionable records. It entails meticulously inputting all newly acquired information pertaining to recent graduates, including their new job titles, specific roles and responsibilities within their organizations, and their compensation packages. This ensures our records are current, enabling effective tracking of career progression and informing future strategic decisions.
Furthermore, a vital aspect of this role is to systematically gather and document the company’s opinion on the overall quality of candidates provided. This involves soliciting feedback from employers regarding the suitability, preparedness, and performance of the graduates we have placed. This qualitative data is invaluable for identifying areas of strength in our programs and pinpointing areas where curriculum adjustments or additional support might be necessary to enhance the employability of future cohorts.
Beyond individual data points, a significant responsibility lies in the ability to create comprehensive statistical data and reports as and when needed. This requires proficiency in data analysis, allowing for the extraction of meaningful insights from the collected information. These reports might encompass trends in job placements, salary benchmarks, industry sector distribution, and other relevant metrics. Such statistical overviews are crucial for internal strategic planning, external stakeholder communication, and demonstrating the effectiveness of our programs.
A rosebank core function of this position is to actively help the department place recent graduates into suitable employment opportunities. This involves more than just administrative processing; it entails proactive outreach to employers, understanding their hiring needs, and strategically matching qualified graduates to open positions. This process often includes facilitating introductions, coordinating interviews, and providing guidance to both graduates and employers.
In parallel with placement efforts, it’s essential to get graduates ready for potential job openings from the department itself. This involves a multi-faceted approach, including sharing internal job postings, providing information on required skills and qualifications, and offering guidance on application procedures. It ensures that our graduates are well-informed and competitive when opportunities arise within our own organizational structure.
Another rosebank critical responsibility involves the meticulous review of graduate resumes sent to the department, strictly according to departmental rules and established guidelines. This entails evaluating resumes for clarity, completeness, relevance, and adherence to professional standards. Providing constructive feedback to graduates on their resumes is also often a part of this process, helping them refine their application materials and present themselves in the best possible light.
Finally, a significant aspect of this role involves the writing of comprehensive and insightful reports about training initiatives, job placements, graduate achievements, and similar pertinent topics. These reports are frequently destined for the Communications Department to be used in various external and internal publications, showcasing the success and impact of our programs. Alternatively, these reports may be specifically generated as directed by your boss, serving various internal strategic, evaluative, or informational purposes. These rosebank reports demand strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives.
