Hire Resolve is looking for a Secretary/Admin – HR to join their team in Johannesburg. The role combines administrative duties with HR functions to ensure smooth office operations and effective management of HR processes. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage reception, phone calls, and mail to ensure efficient office communication.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment and ensure availability when needed.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel for executives and team members.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
Human Resources Support
- Manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer benefits programs and help employees with benefits inquiries.
- Support the performance management process by maintaining relevant records and documentation.
- Address employee HR inquiries promptly and professionally, offering guidance where needed.
Minimum Requirements
✅ Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience in HR functions is essential.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Compliance knowledge and understanding of HR practices.
- Experience with logistics, particularly in managing schedules and travel arrangements.
