Job Overview
The Nurture Health Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for their Nurture Rynmed facility in Benoni, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the facility’s essential equipment and systems, including air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical equipment. The role requires an individual who can effectively collaborate with team members while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Grade 12
- Basic knowledge of air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical equipment
- A qualified artisan (Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or Woodworking trades) is advantageous
- Occupational health and safety courses – beneficial
- Familiarity with hospital/medical equipment – advantageous
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license (willing to obtain PDP if necessary)

- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
- Time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
- Ability to take initiative and flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Availability for standby duties in case of emergencies
