Successful candidates will be responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining patient data, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the monitoring and evaluation of our programs. Specific responsibilities include:
- Accurately entering patient information into designated databases.

- Assisting with data analysis and reporting.
- Following established data capture protocols and procedures.
- Clinical Quality Improvement Team Leader (x2 Posts): TB/HIV are seeking experienced and proactive Clinical Quality Improvement Team Leaders to drive continuous improvement in our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and a passion for enhancing patient outcomes. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of quality improvement specialists.

- Social Auxiliary Worker, PPPrev (x2 Posts): TB/HIV have exciting opportunities for compassionate and dedicated Social Auxiliary Workers to join our Prevention Programs team (PPPrev). These roles will focus on providing support and assistance to individuals at risk of or affected by HIV and TB, promoting prevention strategies, and connecting clients with essential resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing psychosocial support to clients.
- Conducting outreach activities to promote HIV and TB prevention.
- Assisting clients with accessing healthcare and social services.
- Maintaining accurate client records.
- IES Ambassador: We are looking for a charismatic and engaging individual to serve as our IES Ambassador, promoting awareness and understanding of our Integrated Electronic System (IES) and its benefits to stakeholders. The IES Ambassador will play a critical role in training, communication, and adoption of the system. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting training sessions on the IES for staff and partners.
- Developing communication materials to promote the IES.
- Providing ongoing support to IES users.
- Gathering feedback on the IES and identifying areas for improvement.
- Driver: We require a reliable and responsible Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for our staff and resources. The successful candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Responsibilities include:
- Transporting staff and resources to various locations.
- Maintaining the vehicle in good working condition.
- Following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Regional Manager (Care and Treatment) (x2 Posts): We are seeking experienced and dynamic Regional Managers to oversee our Care and Treatment programs in designated regions. The Regional Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality services and achieving program targets. Responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and direction to a team of program staff.
- Managing program budgets and resources.

- Talent Acquisition Specialist: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
