WHO CAN APPLY FOR OUR LEARNERSHIP PROGRAM?
Training Force learnership programs are designed to provide valuable skills and experience to young adults who are eager to learn and grow. We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old at the time of application. This age range allows us to target individuals who are typically at the beginning of their career journey.
- Education: We accept candidates who have completed grade 10, grade 11, or grade 12. This means that individuals with a range of educational backgrounds are eligible to apply.
- Inclusivity: Our learnerships are open to both abled and disabled individuals. We are committed to providing equal opportunities and creating an inclusive learning environment for everyone. We encourage individuals with disabilities to apply and will make reasonable accommodations to support their participation in the program.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE LEARNERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS:
If you are selected for consideration, you will receive an SMS notification inviting you to attend a pre-training force assessment test. This test helps us gauge your current knowledge and skills, ensuring that we can provide you with the most effective and relevant training should you be accepted into a training force Learnership. Please ensure you respond to the SMS promptly and attend the assessment at the scheduled time and location, as detailed in the message.
Placement into a Training Force Learnership program is contingent on several factors. Firstly, we need to have available Learnership positions that align with your skill set and career aspirations. Secondly, you must meet all the specified requirements for the particular Learnership in question. These requirements may include specific educational qualifications, previous experience, or passing a background check.
As soon as a suitable Learnership opportunity becomes available and you meet all the necessary criteria, we will promptly place you into the program. We understand the importance of clear communication and will keep you informed throughout the process. Please note that placement is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of positions and your qualifications relative to other applicants.
What To Note:
To ensure a fair and efficient application process for all prospective candidates, we have established a specific procedure for submitting your application. Please be aware that the sole method for applying is through the official application form provided below. Applications submitted through any other means will not be considered.
Specifically, we do not accept applications that are directly emailed to individual staff members within Training Force. Similarly, applications sent to the generic email address, info@trainingforce.co.za, will also not be processed. This policy is in place to streamline the review process and ensure all applications are evaluated according to the same standardized criteria.
