What You Need:
- Must be a citizen of South Africa
- Must be between 18 and 34 years old
- Must have a Grade 12/Matric certificate or a higher qualification.
The Youth Employment Service (YES) is a program led by the government and private businesses, started by the President, to help fix the problem of many young people being out of work in South Africa. Eskom is making jobs for young, unemployed South Africans, following BBBEE rules. We want young South Africans who really want to work to get a chance at their first job in the energy field.
If you fit the youth employment service requirements, take this chance to get good work experience. If chosen, you will get a 12-month contract to work at an Eskom youth employment service location in any province of South Africa.

Main Duties:
- Must not have worked full-time for more than a year with one company
- Must not be a full-time student during the work year
- Must not have been a part of the YES program before
