Roles Purpose:

We have a Client service administrator Learnership at Momentum Corporate starting on 1 February 2026. It’s a great opportunity!

What is a Learnership? A Learnership is a programme that teaches you things you need to know and gives you real work experience.

This program helps you earn a national qualification (NQF level 4) in Long-Term Insurance, which is approved by INSETA. Joining our Learnership program can lead to jobs like Pension Fund Administrator, Client Service Administrator, or Service Consultant. Finishing the Learnership doesn’t promise a permanent job, but it gives you great experience to begin your career. If you’re chosen, you’ll work for twelve (12) months and receive a monthly payment.

Requirements:

• Must be between 18 and 25 years old (including those turning 25 in 2026).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must have passed Matric with:
  • English
  • Maths or Accounting

Important Information:

• You cannot be in another learnership when you apply, or have done one before.
• Applications without a copy of your ID and Matric results will not be accepted.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all client service tasks and requests, making sure they are solved quickly and well.
• Give the right information and papers when asked, following the rules.
• Follow all the legal and compliance rules.
