Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for a passionate Sales Agent (Field) to join their Purple Team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets, helping to increase the mobile customer base. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of South Africa’s largest and most successful brands, which has expanded across Africa and the United Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Reach daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets.
- Assist customers with opening accounts, providing information on betting queries, and ensuring all FICA documents are submitted correctly.
- Drive daily sales and mobile activations through the effective demonstration and explanation of mobile products and services.
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sales and sign up new online accounts.
- Set up displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract attention and engage potential customers.
- Ensure new customers are familiar with the sign-up bonus and how to place bets on the mobile application.
Reporting & Record-Keeping
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management daily.
Mobile Product Promotion & Maintenance
- Promote the mobile product to existing and new customers.
- Ensure proper management, safekeeping, and maintenance of all mobile devices and materials.
- Ensure the work area is neat and organized to promote a professional image.
Training & Development
- Complete weekly training sessions, including Moodle, bet strike, Voice Note Training, and Trainers on Wheels.
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Prior work experience as a promoter or in a similar role (advantageous).
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle diverse customer needs and personalities.
- Ability to drive results and meet sales targets.
- Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, betting procedures, and top-up voucher distribution.
- Strong sales and system knowledge.
